If you are reporting an email Abuse involving a BCI
Customer please include:
1.) Original subject line.
2.) Complete headers- Full headers will include a "RECEIVED:" line
with an ip address (ex. 205.258.58.22). We cannot complete an investigation
without this information. Check Out: Spam
FAQ's which includes information on Full
Headers before sending your report.
3.) Complete message body- Please include the complete, unedited body of the
message as you received it. If graphics are involved and won't copy leave them
out.
If you are reporting unauthorized access
attempts by a BCI IP Address, please
be sure to include:
1.) Copy and Paste Logs of the incident.
2.) Include the IP address of the offender.
3.) Include the date, time and time zone when the incident occurred
